I used to try matcha from so many different cafes and I realised that a lot of them used flavoured syrups. They were nice, but I kept thinking, what if I made mine with real fruit instead? That was how this all started. I spent so much time learning how to make matcha, testing different recipes, and making my own fruit purees until I found drinks that I was genuinely proud of. Every Mango Matcha and Strawberry Matcha is made with homemade fruit puree because I wanted every sip to taste fresh, natural, and full of flavour. My goal has always been to make drinks that not only look pretty, but also taste like they were made with love. Thank you for supporting my little home cafe.
