S AWant to give a huge compliment to Eric. Absolutely swamped with orders and endless counter activities during evening peak hour, yet maintained extreme patience handling a persistently rude lady asking to speak to a manager (no idea what's the issue). She was badgering him non-stop for at least 20mins until we left the shop. Eric is a very patient and professional staff. I wouldn't have the patience to handle that lady.
