By accessing or using offerly.sg ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What Offerly is
Offerly is a discovery platform that helps users find local (including halal and Muslim-owned) businesses, home-based businesses, products, and events in Singapore. Offerly is a directory and discovery service only.
- Offerly is not a party to any transaction between you and a vendor.
- Offerly does not process payments, fulfil orders, or guarantee any product, service, price, or vendor.
- When you contact a vendor (e.g. "Order Now"), your enquiry goes to that vendor's own channel and is handled by them.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm the information you provide is true and that you meet this requirement.
3. Your account
- Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, defamatory, unlawful, hateful, or religiously/racially inflammatory content (see Community Guidelines).
- Impersonate any person or business, or claim a listing you are not authorised to control.
- Submit fake, incentivised, or manipulated reviews or ratings, or use bots/scripts to game discovery rankings.
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data, or probe/abuse the Service or its infrastructure.
- Upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the Service.
- Misuse contact channels (e.g. spam, social-engineering, or impersonating Offerly).
5. User-generated content (reviews, reports, suggestions)
- You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant Offerly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute it within the Service.
- You are solely responsible for your content and confirm it is accurate, lawful, and not defamatory.
- Offerly may, at its discretion, moderate, remove, or suspend content that breaches these Terms or the Community Guidelines, and may operate a notice-and-takedown process. To report content, use the in-app report option or contact hello@offerly.sg.
- Offerly is a host of user content and does not endorse it. We are not liable for user-submitted content to the extent permitted by law.
6. Vendor listings and halal information
- Listings may be submitted by vendors, claimed by business owners, or seeded by Offerly from third-party sources.
- Halal / Muslim-owned indicators are informational. Offerly distinguishes "MUIS-certified (verified)" from "Muslim-owned (self-declared)" where possible, but does not guarantee the halal status, certification validity, or accuracy of any listing. Always verify directly with the vendor and the relevant authority before relying on it.
- If you believe a listing is inaccurate or a halal claim is wrong, please report it via the in-app option or hello@offerly.sg.
7. Disclaimers
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listing information is accurate, current, or complete.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Offerly and its officers, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss arising from: your dealings with any vendor; reliance on any listing or halal indicator; user content; or unavailability of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Offerly against claims, losses, and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your misuse of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Intellectual property
The Offerly name, logo, design, and platform are owned by Offerly. You may not copy, modify, or reuse them without permission.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie & Tracking Notice.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you and, where required, ask you to re-accept before continuing to use the Service. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
