Effective date: 15 June 2026 Provider: Offerly (UEN to be confirmed), Singapore ("Offerly").
These Vendor Terms apply to any person or business that creates, claims, or manages a listing on Offerly ("Vendor", "you"). They are in addition to the Terms of Service. By onboarding or claiming a listing you accept these Vendor Terms.
1. Who can list and claim
- You may only create or claim a listing for a business you own or are authorised to represent.
- Claiming a listing may require identity/ownership verification (e.g. UEN match, named-person check, or a callback to the business's publicly listed number). Offerly may refuse, pause, or reverse a claim pending verification or where ownership is contested.
- Falsely claiming, impersonating, or taking over another business's listing is a serious breach and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
2. Accuracy of your listing
- You are responsible for the accuracy of all listing information (name, address, hours, contact, category, products, prices, images).
- You must keep it current and correct errors promptly.
- You must not include another party's contact details, scam links, or content you are not authorised to use.
3. Halal and Muslim-owned indicators
- If you indicate MUIS-certified halal, you must hold a genuine, current MUIS certification and provide proof on request. You must notify Offerly immediately if your certification lapses, is suspended, or changes scope.
- "Muslim-owned" is a self-declaration, distinct from MUIS certification, and must not be presented as a halal certification.
- You must not misrepresent halal status in any way. Offerly may suspend or remove a halal indicator, or the listing, where certification cannot be verified or has lapsed.
- You acknowledge that misrepresenting halal status can cause real harm and may carry legal consequences; you are solely responsible for the accuracy of these claims.
4. Verification documents
- Documents you upload (halal certificates, UEN/business documents) are used only to verify your listing, are access-restricted to authorised admins, are logged on access, and are retained only as long as needed for verification (see Privacy Policy).
- You confirm you are authorised to share any document you upload and that it does not contain third-party personal data you are not permitted to disclose.
5. Consumer enquiries — you are a data controller
- When a consumer contacts you through Offerly (e.g. "Order Now" via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, or phone), their enquiry is sent to your own channel.
- For that data you act as an independent data controller. You must handle consumer personal data lawfully under the PDPA: collect only what you need, use it only for the enquiry/transaction, keep it secure, and not send unsolicited marketing without consent.
- Offerly is not responsible for how you handle consumer data once it reaches your channel.
6. No payment processing
Offerly does not process payments or fulfil orders. All transactions, fulfilment, refunds, and disputes are solely between you and the consumer.
7. Content and conduct
- Your listing content must comply with the Community Guidelines and applicable law (including content that is not religiously or racially inflammatory).
- Offerly may moderate, suspend, downgrade, or remove a listing that breaches these Terms, is inaccurate, is the subject of a substantiated dispute, or following a valid takedown notice.
8. Listings seeded by Offerly / unclaimed listings
- Some listings are seeded from third-party sources before any owner claims them. If you are the owner of a seeded listing and wish to correct, claim, or remove it, contact hello@offerly.sg or use the in-app "report a problem with this listing" option.
- Offerly will verify and respond within a reasonable time, and may correct, suspend, or remove a disputed listing while investigating.
9. Suspension and removal
Offerly may suspend or remove a listing or vendor account for breach of these Terms, unverifiable halal claims, contested ownership, fraud, abuse, or legal requirement. Where a listing has user data attached (e.g. saves, reviews), Offerly may apply a grace/soft-removal period before permanent action.
10. Liability and indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for your listing and your dealings with consumers, and you indemnify Offerly against claims arising from your listing, your halal/business representations, or your handling of consumer data.
11. Changes, governing law, contact
- Offerly may update these Vendor Terms; material changes require re-acceptance where required.
- Governed by the laws of Singapore; Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
