Listings on Offerly are free, permanent, and non-exclusive — you can list elsewhere too.

By listing, you authorise Offerly to feature your business on @offerly.sg, in our editorial series, and in marketing materials. You can opt out anytime by emailing hello@offerly.sg.

Halal claims are your responsibility. Halal Certified and MUIS Certified tags require certificate upload. Misleading claims will result in tag removal or listing suspension.

We may contact you about your listing, customer reviews, growth services, or platform updates. You can opt out of promotional emails anytime.

We reserve the right to suspend listings that violate these terms, the Halal Trust Policy, or community standards.
