KarenMy 10 year old daughter was at Subway Parkway Centre on 2 days back (Friday 23 Jan) around 720pm after her enrichment to get her favorite cookies on her own. What should have been a pleasant experience turned into a bad experience as the staff serving her was rude. According to my daughter who came home crying, the staff frowned and rolled his eyes at her after she named the cookies that she wanted to order incorrectly, and slammed the money she paid him on the table. Could you kindly investigate this matter please? Thank you.
Aravindhan RavikumarOn Monday 4 May 2026, I had zesty lime rotisserie chicken sub with a raspberry cheesecake cookie for my lunch from the Subway outlet at Parkway Centre in Marine Parade, and they both tasted very delicious. Overall, the service provided to me was very good and I would love to try these other Subway sandwiches such as chicken teriyaki sub and egg mayo sub from the other Subway outlets such as at Reservoir Village in Bedok Reservoir, Our Tampines Hub in Tampines, Waterway Point in Punggol and Yuhua Village in Jurong East in the future.
Di DiSaw a service crew wiping down when there were not many customers around. He came out to apologise that it was raining and the area will be wet. He sanitised the tables and chairs, went back behind the counter and proceeded to wipe the drink dispenser and counter area. This is the quietest Subway that I have ever been to. The cookies are always baked to perfection.
