Sanjeev KumarI’ve passed by this place many times and always noticed how crowded it gets on weekends. It has both indoor and outdoor seating, and I finally decided to pop in for lunch on a weekday. The Food: It did not disappoint! The portions were generous, the presentation was great, and everything tasted amazing. We ordered the Nasi Minyak Mutton and the Mee Goreng. I absolutely loved the "wet" style of the Mee Goreng; it instantly reminded me of the authentic ones I’ve had in Malaysia. The "Bomb Buffalo Wings" were insanely irresistible and my absolute favorite; they weren't as spicy as I expected, but they were so good I forgot to even take a picture! The menu is exhaustive with so many choices that just flipping through it will make your mouth water. The Service & Ambience: Since it was a weekday lunch, the place was about 95% empty. I sat indoors to enjoy the AC. Even though it was quiet, the staff seemed a bit preoccupied. The male waiter who took my order seemed a little unsure and actually ended up missing an item. Luckily, because the restaurant wasn't busy, the rest of the food was served promptly. The Downside: My biggest gripe is definitely the restroom. It really needs a renovation and better upkeep to stay clean and dry. Strangely, there’s only one single male toilet, and it oddly includes a shower setup. Overall: Despite the service hiccup and the restroom situation, the food alone makes it a satisfying experience overall. I'd definitely return for the eats!
hazariah sitiWhat a great spot! We came for dinner as a family of 10 on a weekend and had so much fun! Food was delicious (although we might have ordered too much meat hehe), the service team was absolutely amazing (!!!!), space was clean, the surau was also clean and comfortable for solat. What a great spot, definitely will recommend for families with young kids who might need to burn off their energies running around after! The menu and space is also kid friendly, and also perfect for birthday celebrations etc. I got the nasi ulam with beef rendang and it was bom dot com! Will definitely be back to order it again, innit 😸
Seri NoraisahI’ve always been a customer of Tish Tash Tosh since they first started out in Kandahar Street. Their food has always been tip top, and I’ve always loved their tulang..that’s why I keep coming back. From being a teenager to now a mum, I’ve always been impressed with TTT. I’ve visited three of their outlets, including the one at Taman Jurong which has already closed. I’ve also dined quite a number of times at the ECP outlet.. from work-related meals to family birthdays. Yesterday, I went to the ECP outlet, and honestly, the service has dropped quite drastically. It was a public holiday (01May26) and peak hour, and we walked in without a reservation. This time I didn’t order my usual tulang. 1. We were given a broken menu. For 2 adults + 1 toddler, the staff served us a black menu that was already torn and split into two. First impression last. 2. My husband didn’t feel like eating much, so he ordered the pizza bomb, expecting it to be like what was shown in the menu but it came as a full round pizza instead. 3. He couldn’t finish it and asked for takeaway. The staff packed it in a brown bag, which I didn’t expect. I was thinking more of proper packaging, like a paper lunch box. 4. We were seated near the kids’ corner. After dinner, I accompanied my son there for a while and my husband went to the toilet. While the staff was clearing the table, I told him not to take my drink as I wasn’t done (there were still a few longans left), but he took it anyway 🫠. I feel like the management should really review their SOP again. The food is still okay, but the service needs to catch up.
