Terms & Conditions
- Organiser & sponsor. Run by Offerly (offerly.sg). Umrah prize sponsored by AKTours.
- Eligibility. Open to Singapore residents aged 18 and above with a valid Offerly account. Employees of Offerly and AKTours and their immediate families are not eligible.
- Campaign period. The campaign runs from 14 July 2026; referrals close 20 August 2026, 23:59 SGT. Winners are announced on 27 August 2026 (date tentative).
- What counts as a successful referral. A referral counts only when a new, unique person signs up for an Offerly account through your unique referral link and completes registration. Clicks, shares, self-referrals, duplicate or fake accounts do not count.
- Chances & milestone bonuses. Every participant receives 1 starter chance on joining. Each successful referral adds one more chance. Bonus chances are awarded at milestones: 5 referrals = +2, 10 = +5, 25 = +10, 50 = +50. You always hold your highest milestone bonus. Total chances = 1 starter + referrals + highest bonus. All chances apply to the live draw.
- Winners. The live draw awards one Umrah sponsorship by random selection across all chances. The leaderboard awards a second Umrah sponsorship to #1, S$500 to #2, and S$300 to #3. The #1 referrer receives the leaderboard sponsorship and is not entered in the draw, so the two sponsorships go to two different people. #2 and #3 win their cash prize and remain eligible for the draw. Winners are announced live on 27 Aug 2026.
- Prizes. The Umrah sponsorship (worth $4,000) cannot be transferred, sold, or given to another person unless AKTours gives prior written approval; AKTours reserves the right to reject any ownership transfer at its sole discretion. Non-exchangeable, no cash alternative (except the stated cash prizes). The Umrah package is provided by AKTours. Winners cover personal expenses not included in the package (e.g. passport, visa if required).
- Notification. Winners are called live during the broadcast on 27 Aug 2026. A winner who misses the live forfeits the prize, which may be redrawn.
- Fraud & disqualification. AK Tours and Offerly reserve the right to verify any entry and to disqualify or revoke any entry or winner where fraud, manipulation, fake or multiple accounts, or any breach of these terms is suspected. Offerly may disqualify an entrant or revoke a prize at its sole discretion. Its decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Data.Participant and referred-friend data is handled under Offerly's Privacy Policy (PDPA compliant).
- Organiser rights. Offerly may amend, suspend or cancel this campaign at any time. Not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any social platform used to promote it.
