Yoshi SI visited this restaurant on a Sunday during the busy lunchtime period. As a frequent visitor who often stops by due to the convenient location, I find the beef bowls to be consistently reliable in terms of both flavor and value. However, the quality of other menu items and the general service standards are quite inconsistent. During my recent visit, the ice cream served was completely melted, and the Milo was served at room temperature rather than chilled. Furthermore, there was an issue with beverage availability; I was permitted to order a Zero Coke, but upon collection, I was told it was out of stock and was instead given a regular Coke. The management of service quality seems to be lacking, as the staff appears to operate without much oversight regarding order accuracy or food presentation. While the main dishes remain a good option for a quick meal, the attention to detail for side items and drinks needs significant improvement to ensure a professional customer experience.
Klair TThis was my most disappointing experience at a Yoshinoya outlet. The waiting time was excessively long at 20 minutes, and the staff displayed poor service etiquette by warning me not to touch before ready when I approached to collect my order. However, the most unacceptable issue was the quality of the food. The dish was overwhelmingly dominated by thick layers of fat and oil, to the point where after painstakingly separating and removing the fat, the quantity removed was substantial enough to cover an entire saucer, leaving only a negligible amount of actual meat for consumption. This proportion is highly unsatisfactory and does not reflect the standard Yoshinoya is known for. Furthermore, the overall hygiene standards were poor, with food spillages left uncleaned on the floor. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve both food quality and service standards.

Additionally, what blew me away was the staff named Robert: observant and caring, assisted us with the food, and especially watching and patiently help another customer who was struggling with their order.
