Flo Y.Yoshinoya has been a consistent and reliable food option for years, and for many of us, it brings back fond memories of student days when a beef bowl felt like a luxurious after-school treat. Even with the shift toward automated ordering kiosks, that familiar bowl of Gyudon with an onsen egg (Ontama Gyudon) still hits the spot—there’s something incredibly comforting about that creamy egg binding the tender beef slices and fluffy rice together.
mitch medinaOk first we know were at fault cause we didn't see the sign ( it blended with the background) that you can't eat food from outside however First - the moment the food was served they could have informed us The moment we open the bag and started chitchatting we could have been stopped " Hey man reminder you can't eat that here" However - they did the opposite- scolded and frowned upon us while we're almost done eating - note we ordered three full meals each the food we got was smth they don't offer. Second There was a sign that states ' return tray here's with that being said we thought it's claygo So we cleaned up and wanted to hand over our trays - like also a sign of our apology cause we were ashamed. We unintentionally broke their rule.... Instead of either nodding or perhaps saying that's not needed - the same guy frowned again and sighed Then his eyebrows / face grimaced I mean I get it - we were at fault but there were better ways to deal with customers rather than frown or sigh No wonder you got bad feedback Food was so so Portions small Rixe was adequate given we paid for them to be upsized 😂 Yes Japanese but don't expect much The money you pay for this resto for three may reach 68-80 sgd but its totally not worth it With the bad experience = nah pick other options 😅 Really bad customer service Again even If the customer was wrong - we were not rude or anything - there are better ways to deal with us / people like us And yeah have your signage no food allows in a different color - not something that would blend in the background Tourist like me/.people with bad eyesight won't see that properly 😅 Its not like we just ordered sod.or.water or one meal for us to get that treatment 😂 One of the worst experience
SIM 2022Affordable food with EXCELLENT customer service!! Special mention to "Store Manager, Mr. Jason" for going all out and doing his best to satisfy the customer!! Making my dining experience a pleasant one. I highly recommend this store 🙂.
