  This restaurant is best known for its briyani, the true signature dish of the house. The rice was soft, light, and fragrant, while the meat, well-marinated, delivered rich and balanced flavors. The accompanying sauce was also well executed, although it felt slightly too salty for my taste. The service stands out for its speed and the friendliness of the staff, making the overall welcome pleasant. However, the cleanliness of the dining area in the street food center leaves room for improvement, and additional staff dedicated to cleaning would probably be beneficial. In the end, despite the quality of the briyani, the overall experience did not fully live up to expectations.

  Food - The briyani was solid. The rice was soft, fluffy n flavourful. The gravy blend well with the spices used, not too spicy in my opinion. The achar (cucumber pickles) could have given a bit more. The rice portion was also reduced drastically from my last visit, wished a bit more would hv been good. Cleanliness - Tekka market hygiene factors is seriously terrible. Look at the state of their toilets n wash basin... Don't visit it unnecessarily unless U want to lose your appetite! Service - Lots of touting, but just move on and do not get pulled in by pressure sales. Seating - Could be a challenge during peak hours. Does not help as some stall owners are hogging the seats with their ingredients! Overall the food selection here is great but the overall experience is seriously questionable due to the overall hygiene level of the food center as a whole.

  Rice very flavourful, $7 for mutton, mutton 1 big piece of meat, soft to cut but not soft enough for plastic cutlery. Had a hard time to dig the meat out. The sides cucumber is tasteless. Curry provided is spicy and delicious.
