  I wasn't initially sure about the order since my guests included Muslim friends. Even though the food is halal, it’s prepared in a Chinese style, and the dining experience received a rating of 4.8/5. All my guests were very happy with the food. I hosted an event for two days with two groups of guests at CSC Loyang. Foodline recommended the best value option for both days based on the number of attendees. Overall, I am satisfied with the arrangements. Despite having to pay an additional $150 because Xiang’s caterer is not on the list of approved caterers from CSC, I would gladly pay this extra amount and will continue to order from them through Foodline for any future buffet events.

  The buffet arrived promptly at 6:30 PM and collected around 9:30 PM. Overall, the food was still warm, especially the fried food and rice curry. The young man who delivered the buffet had excellent service and quickly tidied up all the buffet tables. His service attitude deserves praise and he should be rewarded. Thumbs up!   Ordered from Xiang's for my kid's birthday party in 2024 and building on that good experience, did so again this year - 2025. Appreciated that there is an option for rice and beehoon for 40pax and above. However, supposed customer favourites like the Mongolian Fish Fillet was a disappointment as it was very soggy. The Chicken Cutlet with Orange Sauce, while a crowd favourite last year, had alot of leftovers this year as it was too deep fried and ended up being hard rather than crispy. The seaweed chicken (Kudos to Xiang's for accommodating the replacement of prawn for seaweed chicken due to prawn allergies) and cheesesticks were crowd favourites especially with the kids. Tear-down took place promptly 3 hrs after the set up. Do also take note that by ordering through Foodline, there will be no name labels for each dish - the deliveryman from Xiang's asked me to order directly so that the name labels will be prepared together. Overall, I have mixed views about whether to order from Xiang's again - but definitely in terms of portion size, dependability, I would recommend them, not so sure for quality of food. {Ordered from FoodLine.sg for 12 Oct 2025}
