Sally NgFood is decent and nice. However lunch time crowd is crazy, even if you order online or pick-up service, don't trust when it says your food will be ready in 10-15mins. It never happen. Waiting time for lunch time is about 30-45mins. So if you want your food by 12pm, order at least by 11.20am~ Or maybe, get more people to cook during lunch hours???

There was only one staff member handling all the cooking, and he seemed focused on preparing a large group order while individual orders were left waiting. What was even more frustrating was that there were four additional woks available, but only one was being used. The lack of manpower and inefficient use of equipment resulted in an unreasonable waiting time for a simple order. Waiting almost an hour for a single fried rice is unacceptable. Management should seriously review their staffing and operations during busy periods.

However the machine for ordering and payment has so many different type of hiccups like hanging on payment page or printers running out of paper. Customers try to grab the attention of the staff, but they are too busy with other orders. Perhaps considering adding this branch to online order at order.wokhey?
