Tan JXordered cauliflower rice and for some reason what i got was very roughly chopped up cauliflower stems?? so every mouthful was just eating crunchy cubes, not exactly what I was looking for when I paid a premium to change my order to cauliflower rice. have ordered cauliflower rice at multiple wok hey outlets before but never experienced this. extremely strange and disappointing

Jeff WangI was running late for dinner so just give it a try for 1st time since I need to take MRT home. Ordered plain egg fried rice ( $5.50) around 9pm. Too much salt for my liking. Could have reduced by 1/3. The quantity reflects the rent maybe. I taste all salts nia. For this amount of rice the salt is too much. It was piping hot but to say got wok hey, to be fair , one need the zicar type of kitchen & fire that engulf the wok, and a wok that continuoysly in frying action. The rice was piping hot as pearl rice tends to be more sticky ( hence can roll into sushi) and retain heat easily. This is at MRT for goodness sake so I am ok. Just saying. But till now i still feel that salt.
