AshidahI really enjoy Wok Hey. Its good and fast and reasonably priced. However I want to express disappointment because today, my son who rarely eats outside food because he has sensory processing issues, agreed to try the braised beef fried rice IF there was no egg mixed into the rice (he doesn't like the texture). I approached the counter to ask if it was possible to make one without any egg and the staff said no, not possible even if I was paying full price. Is it really that hard to make one and leave out the egg? For what reason? My son didn't get to try something new in the end and it sounds like a small thing, but if you have any experience with children who have Sensual Overexcitability then you would understand that even agreeing to eat new food is a big deal. To top it off, I went ahead and ordered for myself and didnt get a notification that the food is ready even after 20 mins only to find that the food had been sitting at the counter for awhile.
