JEven though during low traffic hours the wait is so long. The staff love to take their own sweet time. Screen showed wait is less than 10mins but I waited for a good 15mins. Not the fist time I’ve waited for super long
Bubble O.14 October 2025 (Tue), dinner hour 7.53pm. I ordered a fresh ramen with seasoned prawns. While waiting for my food, I watched how a Malay lady cook on the left wok prepared my food. I noticed she was chatting away with the other Malay lady cook while frying ramen slowly. Then I realizedu she finished packing that ramen without any prawns. I was suspecting whether I had seen wrongly or maybe the prawns were at the bottom of the box. Got home - ate the ramen, 0 prawns. Guess what - the Malay lady cook was happily chatting away while the whole crowd was waiting anxiously for their food. And she had one job and couldn’t even do it properly. Got charged $9.30 for a plain ramen. New patrons - safe to say you can boycott this outlet. Don’t ask us to whatsapp you details. The order is clearly attached here. Check your system and now you know which employee you need to fire.
