LinThe wait was longer than expected. I ordered through the self-service kiosk without a physical or e-receipt. I was told I would receive a WhatsApp notification when the order was ready but I didn’t receive any. I ended up waiting more than 20 minutes even though the estimated waiting time was 10–20 minutes. I understand the effort to be environmentally friendly by not using paper but without any notification, it was quite inconvenient. When I checked with the staff, I was told that the kiosk system is not very reliable and that the internet connection was not good. Please work on it

Titillate your tastebuds with the 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗯 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗗𝗿𝘆 𝗟𝗮𝗸𝘀𝗮 𝗠𝗔𝗫 ($11.90). The slippery strands of noodles, infused with the fragrant, spicy flavours of laksa, were scrumptious. Paired with a generous portion of succulent crab meat, half a ramen egg and Tobiko (+ $1), this was a sensational dish. Equally enchanting was the 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗯 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗟𝗮𝗸𝘀𝗮 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗔𝗫 ($11.90). Fluffy grains of rice, emitting a seductive smokiness, were served together with the same delicious crab meat and ramen egg. Like its noodle counterpart, this was a stellar dish. WOK HEY’s innovation at transforming ordinary local dishes into gastronomic delights is praiseworthy. And there’s no better way to celebrate our nation’s birthday than savouring the breathtaking creations from this homegrown brand.
Julius TanNormally wok hey is above average on most days but I ordered for National Day and my fried rice is extremely tasteless like they totally forgot the salt and seasoning. And no I did not order the HT version. Disappointing.
