This time I was surprised that one of my order came without beef slices as I ordered. However once I feedback to wok hey CS, they attended to my problem promptly. I would say that their service recovery is very sincere and top notch. I will still patronise wok hey even with small hiccups like this. As their staffs are all very hardworking and tough to fry and cook non stop behind the hot wok.. kudos to them.
