DarlieHeads up if you have spice-sensitive tastebuds! You have 2 options for chilli: normal chilli and less chilli. You can also choose to have your chilli stir-fried into your order instead of added as topping. Naturally, you would think this means you can control how much chilli to add, and how it is to be added. WRONG! Somehow, Wok Hey considers chilli stir-fried as a extra serving of chilli. So this means that if you order normal chilli, chilli stir-fried, they will add 3!! servings of chilli to your order! 2 for normal chilli, 1 for stir frying it. Beware when you are ordering from Wok Hey! They use their bad user interface to deliver the food that you don't want.
Joni LeeInaccurate estimated waiting time. Supposed to collect my orders at 2.57pm (max 20 mins waiting time), in the end have to wait another 15 mins to get my orders at about 3.16mins. The customer before me (in queue) who walked in and ordered just liked me was nowhere to be seen. He would have collected his order 15mins before me. Didn’t they include grab deliveries into the estimated time? Will think twice to order Wok Hey when you’re tight up with time!
