The fried rice appeared incomplete and looked as though portions had been removed prior to delivery, which raised serious concerns regarding food handling, quality, and hygiene standards. As a paying customer, this experience is unacceptable and has significantly affected my confidence in the service. I request that this matter be investigated promptly and that an appropriate resolution be provided.

Fio IwakuraHm, I've eaten a lot of fried rice and I can definitely say that Wok Hey's is pretty amazing even for a chain store. The option to customize your fried rice is honestly wonderful for me as I tend to watch out for the oily stuff. I wish there were more stores like this.
