LDecided to try this outlet for lunch. I had fried ramen with chicken, extra egg and chili which cost 13.30$. Tbh that's too much for fried noodles in this setting. You can choose dine in or out but you get the food in a takeaway box either way.. why ask? Anyway the taste is actually pretty good. Good wok hei, chicken was tender and well seasoned. I quite liked it, just thought a bit pricey for what it is. Many ppl mention the slow service but my food was done after about 10 minutes.

I ordered grilled chicken egg fried rice takeaway and it was well kept in a cute takeaway box that was easy and neat to eat wherever you are. There were good proportions of all the ingredients and was a filling portion for one person. Would definitely come back for more and it was a reasonable price (~$7.50). The atmosphere to dine in was not too bad but a little too crowded and hot. Other than that it was a convenient location and efficient ordering system.
KellyOrdered at 10:55am via the digital ordering system and sat down at an almost empty dining areas, assuming service would be prompt. Only after ordering were we told there would be a 50–60 minute wait, which was not communicated anywhere near the ordering point. In reality, the food was finally served at 11:12am, but that’s not the main issue. The bigger problem was the dismissive response to customer feedback. When we suggested placing the wait-time information closer to the digital ordering system, we were told “we can’t do anything about it.” The inability to take in and act on simple, reasonable customer feedback really needs improvement. Good food alone doesn’t make up for poor communication and lack of service ownership.
