Steph TanI ordered the golden fried rice with beef rendang. it said so on the box as well: beef rendang. order number is the same as my receipt. I am so sure I chose the picture with meat on top when ordering at the kiosk. so tell me why i couldn't find a single piece of beef rendang in my box when i opened it? nevermind, I tell myself it might be buried under the rice, so I keep eating. but the more I eat, the more angry I am because theres no beef in sight. I keep stirring my chopsticks hoping to find something. No meat. I eat to the bottom. I never taste a single morsel of beef. my disappointment is immeasurable. my day is ruined by wok hey at republic plaza. I pay a premium price for meat yet it was not given to me. I thought of going back to the shop to complain, but I realised there was no point as they might just accuse me of lying and say I already ate up all the beef which is why it isn't there. BUT IT WAS NEVER THERE.
Flo Y.Too long a wait, no matter how I slice the problem statement up. It was meant to be a 20-30mins wait time, which ended up becoming 45mins. Didn't help that they accepted virtual orders from people working around here. I ended up having to rush to finish my food, before my next appointment. For a packet of takeaway fried rice, they're consistent and yummy. Almost like a factory line, you can almost surely expect the same flavors and experience across time and persons frying. I just wished that they had better forecasting of manpower requirements and improve serviceability of key outlets.
Faria KhanIf you love fried rice and Asian noodles, then trying this place is a must. They cook right in front of you, and the best of all is that they serve Halal chicken and beef. It's a to go place, and they are located in most of the malls in Singapore. The pictures don't do justice with how our food looked and tasted. The food was absolutely delicious and perfect blend of sauces.
