Adiel RusyaidiColloquially known as YIH, Yusof Ishak House is a vibrant community space for students of NUS. Aside from the spread of food & beverage outlets—including some vending machines—there are indoor study areas, club rooms, and administrative offices throughout YIH’s five levels. The Yellow Ceiling Corridor Network runs through YIH, connecting students to University Sports Centre right across the road on one end, as well as to LT3, LT4, and Central Library up a hill at the other end.
Tiramisooo TiramisoooKorean fast food, anyone? 🇰🇷🍙 Tried Yummy Rolls for the first time which is a fast food kiosk selling popular Korean Kimbap for takeaway. I got the Teriyaki Chicken Kimbap and paid an extra dollar to swap the rice for egg. I’m lowkey regretting it cos the Kimbap ended up tasting pretty dry. I think it would have been better with vinegared rice to balance the sweetness of the teriyaki chicken. That said, the fast food concept seems to be doing well with customers started trickling in during lunch hour. Shannon LohI tried sweet and sour fish, begedil, egg and Kang Kong at the Muslim stall, Dapur Pandan, on a weekday around 5pm-6pm. They were excellent and delicious. I will definitely go back to the stall everyday.
