KKTTried the boneless wing, easy to eat but doesn't look like wings. Added $1 for cajun fries but I think the spice is way too little, as good as not added. Ranch sauce is nice.
chloe chongOrdered a 6pc Garlic Chicken Boneless Meal from Wingstop and somehow received a meal with NO CHICKEN at all. Literally just fries, drink and ranch. So I’m supposed to eat plain fries for dinner??? How does a staff forget the MAIN ITEM of the meal? Called the outlet immediately and the customer service recovery was honestly terrible. The staff apologised and then told me I had to travel back down to collect the correct order myself. Excuse me? You gave me the wrong order and now I’m the one expected to waste my time, transport fare and energy to fix YOUR mistake? I had just reached home and obviously wasn’t going to leave the house again because your staff messed up my order. Then she told me if I don’t want to come down today, I can collect the chicken another day instead. Wow. So because of your mistake, I suddenly don’t get to have my actual meal TODAY? I then asked for a refund since that was clearly the more reasonable solution, but she initially said no. After I questioned it again, she said she would “check and call me back.” It has been over 40 min and nobody has called back. Wrong order is one thing, but the horrible handling afterwards made the whole experience even worse. Completely unacceptable. I hope to have some proper solution or compensation for the inconvenience caused because this entire situation was handled so poorly from start to finish. *11 may female staff at 5:20pm
