During a busy period, several staff members were talking among themselves while customers and delivery riders were still waiting for their orders, which had yet to come out from the service area. I also noticed that some staff were wearing their masks below their mouths and noses while continuing to talk and prepare food, which raises hygiene concerns. The only staff member who appeared professional was the auntie at the counter. Despite having a lot of packing to handle, she was still trying her best to communicate with customers and delivery riders.
