Chicken cutlet: great Fries: average Salad : good Amount for money: good Chicken cutlet remains me of the old clara dao. It is bigger than my hand quite flat but not exactly that flat. Taste wise it is really unique in a herbal manner. Very crispy but it does get super dry. Will be nice if can add black pepper sauce or something to make the cutlet more moist. Fries and salad are quite average but salad has some sour note to it so it is quite good to pair with the fried cutlet. Amount wise it is quite filling since it is thin so area to volume ratio is larger than usual hence there is a lot of crispy covering the surface, luckily they taste quite complex and good.
Sabrina ChongOrdered the chicken chop. Portion is big but the chicken is very thin. Thin chicken slice coated by batter. Result is crispy chicken but too dry. Not juicy.

Only difference is last time the auntie taking orders from customers always shout & repeat the order to the kitchen staff using Hainanese language. Now the auntie use English to repeat the orders to the kitchen staff😅. Auntie must have upgraded her language skills using the skills future money 😂
