Good tasting nasi Padang. Sold out of beef rendang by 1.30pm. Order the Assam fish, sambal goreng and long beans. $8.00 not cheap but not overpriced also.

The food here is genuinely delicious—rich in flavour and true to tradition. It’s a hidden gem for lovers of authentic Malay fare. That said, be prepared for a wait. I queued for 30–45 minutes, and while the food was worth it, the experience would be even better with more staff on hand to manage the crowd. Still, if you’ve got the time and patience, it’s a rewarding culinary stop.

Quite long queue because the customer tapau a lot, meaning this stall is really a good steal. Halal nasi padang and this nasi sambal goreng daging costs me $5.50, decent portion decent taste and worth my time to q for sure.
