Leon KwangNo, I unusually don't eat service, but staff attitude is not an easy thing to stomach. I get it that staffing in F&B is difficult, so I think most like me don't expect a smile, just basic interest/ courtesy in customers.. but she's tried her bit to make my day unpleasant (with her questions/ tone/ expressions). Nevertheless, I think the chicken were fresh/ well cooked, but failed in flavour, because they recommended the 'original' as a 2nd choice. I dismissed the 'sweet' option for I'm afraid that it could be too sweet, and they weren't enthusiastic about 'soy' and didn't even mention 'honey butter'.. so I went with their suggestion and it was very flat from a flavour perspective. If 'original' is the only flavour they offer, then I totally won't be back. Once I get over the bad service and underwhelming experience.. I might come back for another try (but definitely a flavoured rendition).

Meh flavour. Will stick to the likes of Wing Stop. Ordered half a sweet & spicy chicken to try and found the chicken to be incredibly juicy and fresh. Meat layers can be easily torn out, and even the breast portions remain juicy. It’s almost like the chickens were given a spa session prior to be cooked. However, the good stuff ends here. Flavour-wise — lacklustre. The cheap tasting sweet & sour gravy from an economic rice stall has more depth. Beyond the layer of sauce coating on the batter, the chicken flesh lacked any real taste. The marinade, if any at all, failed to penetrate. Side note: waiting time was a little long off peak. I can imagine it’s likely going to be a longer wait during meal times.
KaiInteresting flavours and tastes. The chicken is cooked tender and juicy. Most in the party didn't like the sweet flavours such as honey butter and the soy sauce chicken but I liked the soy. The original was the least favored. Rice and coleslaw are pretty average. Fries are not bad. Might come back and try the spicy chicken.
