Came across V Happy Crab on social media and decided to give it a try and wow, I’m so glad I did! 😍 Their signature BBQ crabs are amazing, full of flavour and perfectly grilled. The stingray was also delicious, especially with their sambal chilli as it goes so well together! The chilli crab is definitely worth a try too (do order their mantou to go with the sauce if you do!) Their homemade ngor hiang stands out from the usual zi char stalls. It has a really unique, homely taste that I loved. The lady boss and staff are super friendly, which made the whole dining experience even better. Overall, a solid 5 stars and I’ll definitely be back!

Halal zi char in AMK neighbourhood. The grilled crab (SGD50) is fresh and rich in roe with tasty marinade. BBQ stingray (SGD20) is meaty with fragrant sambal and not overly spicy. The fried beehoon (SGD6.50) is surprisingly tasty with generous portion and comes with prawns, squid, and fish. They used to operate near Haji Lane and now moved to AMK HDB with more space and easier parking. The coffeeshop is cooling and not too noisy - they sell craft beer on tap too. Worth a visit!
