Sri RahayuCurious about the halal prawn mee at this place, we were willing to travel all the way from the east just to try it. We arrived around 1 PM, and the food court was quiet with plenty of empty seats available. We ordered the large prawn mee. The presentation was quite appealing, and the prawns looked fresh and reasonably large. However, the soup tasted rather plain and lacked anything special. They also did not provide sambal, unlike what was shown in the menu photo. Overall, the taste was a bit disappointing.
Faizah ShahmatI was on the hunt for Halal Lor Mee and it was worth driving from Jurong for this. Service was quick and I really enjoyed the Lor Mee. My family had the Big Prawn Noodles and the Oyster Omelette. The prawn noodle soup was sooooo thick and filled with prawny goodness. However, I think I much prefer a crispy oyster omelette than what they had but that's just preference. Overall a good experience indeed!
Nur Amira FilzahThe prawn mee’s broth is quite light but when you add in soy sauce & cili padi, it’s good. We are too used to the oyster omelette coming with the chilli vinegar but the chilli over here is like Nasi lemak chilli? Other than that, everything was good. Slightly low on the food as there’s room for improvement.
