DVery bad experience. Skeptical to order after reading the reviews and told by friend the food is occasionally gave incorrectly. Guess what, it’s true the moment i order for the first time. I ordered spaghetti and when I went home, it’s penne instead. And the penne is drenched with chilli and overly spicy. Mid wing came as karaage. Like what are the staff even doing? For real please review the staff working in this stall. This is happening too often.
xordered 1 carbonara 1 butter miso carbonara came with the wrong noodle and butter miso pasta had no cherry tomatoes also i used the oddle online app and wanted to build my own butter miso pasta but the website doesnt allow me to do that please fix the issue
Silviana Novianti NI used to enjoy eating at White Sands Basement 1, especially the fishball noodle stall beside Twyst Pasta. Unfortunately, the experience has become very unpleasant because of the extremely strong and irritating fumes coming from the pasta stall whenever they cook. The smoke and chilli smell are so strong that many people walking past start coughing immediately. Even customers sitting nearby, neighbouring stall workers, and people across the dining area are visibly affected. I have personally seen elderly customers coughing repeatedly because of the fumes. What disappointed me most was the staff attitude. While people around were coughing from the strong fumes, one staff member appeared to mock the coughing and laugh about it instead of showing concern. It felt very unprofessional and inconsiderate towards customers sharing the public dining area. I understand cooking produces smells, but this situation has been ongoing for a long time and seriously affects the overall dining environment. Sadly, because of this experience, I no longer feel comfortable coming here to eat.
