Jason Sim Hong TeckHad a satisfying lunch at Twyst today and went with the Miso Butter Pasta with Chicken, Mushroom & extra poached chicken 🍝 What stood out most to me was the texture of the pasta — perfectly al dente with a nice bite to it, exactly how I enjoy my pasta. The miso butter sauce gave the dish a rich umami flavour without being too heavy, while the extra garlic added a really fragrant punch throughout. The combination of tender chicken, juicy cherry tomatoes, and earthy mushrooms balanced the dish nicely, making every mouthful flavourful and comforting. Paired it with the Elder Flower Cooler with cucumber strips, which was light and refreshing — a good contrast to the savoury pasta.

SweeFirst time buying food from Twyst. Seen some reviews with mixed opinions but since I’ve been craving for pasta, I decided to try them out. There are variety of food choices and decided to try out their aglio olio. Got to choose own protein and topping so I gotten sautéed prawn & mushroom top up with additional protein - clams. I must acknowledge they serve generous portion which is too much for me. The ingredients were fresh & considerable right amount for the price. Very value for money! Delicious with right seasoning ^^ Absolutely enjoyed the food thou it gotten abit cold since I pack it to eat at home. I’ll try out their other flavours soon :))
