DO NOT patronise this place unless you have time to kill while standing around to wait for your order. yes, there’s ONLY standing area. today, we waited for more than half an hour for two fried rice. customers who ordered after us, and a delivery rider, got their order first. these people should really work on their service. btw, this is not our first bad experience with them… but it will DEFINITELY be our LAST. Goodbye tuk tuk cha.
KAMSANI RADIIt was just before the dinner crowd. Made an order through the self ordering machine. I was the first to order. There was only 1 staff behind the counter. Had to wait almost 30 minutes for my order of 2 fried rice. The staff failed to prioritize my order as 2 other orders after mine received their food first. When asked about the delay and the discrepancy the answer given was unsatisfactory and unapologetic. Body language reeked of disinterestedness and a couldn’t care less attitude. Service attitude leaves much to be desired. Will not order from this outlet or any other tuk tuk cha express outlet ever again. There are other better places with better service serving Thai food elsewhere. If there was an option for zero stars I would not hesitate to give one.
TabithaThai milk tea dip to go with the toasted bread squares. Other flavours such as taro, Pandan, Milo condensed milk available as well. Quite tasty for those who like sweets. Best to re-heat till crisp if takeaway
