We asked for one chocolate and cotton candy waffle, which is not there in their menu, she became very impatient and I couldn’t understand what she said. In the end, we found it is chocolate and marshmallow waffle. After having placed the order, my kid wanted to see how waffle is made. This lady chased us out of their store impolitely. I was very fed up with her attitude. She seemed to treat people differently and I heard different tone and saw her different face when she was serving the hospital staffs.
Jo-anne KryztiliaJust bought 2 waffles and they were completely different texture eventhough they were bought together. One was extremely dry and hard, the other was soft. The hard one was so hard that my gum hurt from eating it. The filling for the chocolate one was also very miserable as you can see from photos - can’t even tell there’s any chocolate filling at all. For the price, definitely not worth it. Definitely won’t recommend the waffles here eventhough the aroma is tempting.
Bryan FangCant say anything about what people mentioned. Rude attitude and no quality waffles. Visited at least 80% of the times during my wife pregnancy, now my child's. Everytime no issue and waffles tasted great. Always have peanut butter waffle. No complaints from me
