jana ZackIm very disappointed with triplet located at blk 4, as I encountered staff members who were rude and unprofessional (foreigner staff & Malay young lady) in their manner of speaking and interacting with me(customer). I found their attitude discourteous and unhelpful which made my experience unpleasant. There were not busy at that moment. 1) shouting back at me when my colleague tried to repeat our orders with unpleasant high tone.(told off my friend not to repeat what I'd ordered) 2) no labelling of 5 different waffles i ordered. 3) another staff: giving away the waffles with unhappiness voice tone when we asked, are all this correct cos there wasn't any labelling on the waffles paper 4) 1 waffle was given wrongly When we rtn to the counter after walking away, 5) try to give free waffles as a replacement even before asking what's the main issue. 6) and no forgiving sign from neither one of them or say sorry after that. This will be my last patronising at triplet at Sgh blk 4 caused they have no sense of respect towards customers.
Lit C SeowThe waiting time to get medication is just ridiculously long. Been to TTSH and other hospitals, this particular Block 4 pharmacy waiting time is just crazy long. Waiting time is so long that there are patients standing without a seat. That is how bad it is.
