    Probably one of the best waffles money can buy in Singapore! Waffles are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and very fragrant. I love getting the peanut butter ones. They also have a branch in KKH. One small feedback, please use your queue system for customers. I didn't know why the staffs don't give numbers to customers even though they have a queue system installed. Since they are always crowded, it's a mess when we are collecting our waffles.

    I am disappointed with my experience at Triplets by Bakery Cuisine (SGH) on 2 June 2026 at approximately 8:45 AM. The waffle served was extremely soggy and did not meet basic quality expectations. The queue number system installed at the outlet was also not being used, resulting in confusion and a lack of clear communication regarding the ordering process. When I sought clarification, the staff on duty responded in a rude and unprofessional manner. I also observed staff handling bakery items on her left arm with NO GLOVE ON, which raises concerns about food hygiene and food handling standards in a Hospital. I have submitted a complaint to Singapore Food Agency also regarding this unhygienic behavior. I hope management will investigate this incident and take appropriate action to improve food quality, customer service, and hygiene practices.
