William ChuaDon't bother going there to wash. The guy didn't even bother to spray foam for the wash. When asked, he says the machine will self dispense. After washing its still dirty. Have been a long time customer there. Very disappointed with the service. Not going to support them anymore.
Isabela ClarissaFirst time experienced a bad service here. I was having issue with the self check out where I couldn’t see a prompt to scan my app and voucher (because the usual staffed counter was closed), and I asked the aunty behind another counter if I could make payment there instead or not. She instead came over to me at the self checkout and started talking agitatedly. I told her I wanted to use vouchers, then she kept saying need to scan first! Need to scan! At this point I asked her to pls calm down. And there are many types of vouchers, I pointed out some vouchers only can be used at selected stations, she didn’t even know which stations where we can use the vouchers. In the end the usual staffed counter was open again and I told her I just settled my transaction there, and the other staff was friendly and helped me select the correct voucher. If the aunty was having a bad day then it definitely affected negatively to other people too.
Jaslyn LauGood variety of products at the convenience store. Really well stocked. It is also a good place to shop for essentials while getting petrol. Customer service there is good. I noticed that the ladies toilet there is locked up and the door cannot be opened. Had no choice but to quickly use the gents (single cubicle type).
