Xue Peng PuanTried the Esso car wash recently and honestly, quite disappointed compared to before. The previous group of staff were much more efficient and attentive — you could really see the difference in quality and pace. This time, the experience felt quite messy. The guy handling the drying seemed distracted and kept leaving halfway to do other things, which dragged the whole process unnecessarily. One car took way longer than it should, and the finishing wasn’t even up to standard. Really miss the previous team — they were fast, focused, and did a much better job overall. Hope the service improves soon.
