The pump attendant, a Malay Uncle was very friendly and nice. However, when I went in to make payment, the lady name Irene (stated on the receipt) , kept talking nom stop on her phone and I was like basically stood for more than 30 sec until I got so mad, I told her her I am in a hurry but she still ignored me. My face turn black and she finally took my cards but still talking on her phone and holding on to the cards. Really speechless.
Chinese speaking indian female cashier needs some re training on customer service . Promote items like robot and looking else where while promoting . Dino, the new pump attendant, was very cheerful, and served customers with a smile and lots of enthusiasm. Unless other attendants who are more passive, he proactively approaches incoming cars to help them with petrol filling. Thank you, Dino! (I’m not related to Dino, and this is an unsolicited review. I asked him for his name.)
