Lucas LimOverall it is a pretty good place, you can refill petrol, there is a washroom and a great place to get a quick bite. The staff was very nice and I had a really good time there. There is also a AXS Machine, you can wah your car too! Highly recommend this place!
Yong Hoong TaiHow do i verify that the kiosk is not ripping me off ? AFAIK, my fuel tank is only 50L. Pumping was handled by kiosk staff and i didnt see any signs of overfueling on my petrol guage. No leaks either. Lodged a complaint and left my number with the counter staff, but the management never got back to me.
Sarah LeeVisited Esso NTUC Express on Saturday, 31 Jan, around 8:10 am to buy a packet of wipes. The tall, lean male cashier did not greet me and appeared displeased when I paid a $3 item with a $50 note, asking if I had smaller change. Although the transaction was completed, the service felt unwelcoming. Basic courtesy would improve the customer experience
