Chen Yu TeeBeen buying the same cigarettes for like the past 6 months since I started working nearby. On 18/03/2025 at about 0655hrs, this cashier serve me and do not know their stock has Next Chill Blast; I asked for Next Chill Blast she gave me Next Chill Blast XL, when she asked me to make payment, she found it but still ask me to continue payment since she already keyed in the system. I stood there stare at the things I bought, speechless for like 5 seconds and proceed to pay. Please train your cashier well, Esso. You can do better than this.
AndyClueless cashier not familiar with Esso Smiles PHV discount card. Her peer trying to assist on the phone was very rude. I ended up with 9% discount after waiting for them to troubleshoot. Bad experience.
Ms SheillaMs June toh was more 😁 my mg and able to assist me well as compared to the lady staff whom work at ESSO BP there! I arrived at BP ESSO and the first thing that lady replies was the n mandarin and hello I'm a Malay ah so how to understand you??? She simply said system down!!! So I went to re-route and CYCLE from BP to CCK ESSO and Ms June Toh assisted me even tho it WAS MY 1st time to use shop pick up via shoppe!!! Thank you so much Ms June Toh for being gracious, kind and friendly being!!! I will recommend CCK ESSO to my closed ones ya!
