AThis is the worst petrol station i have visited. The staff attitude are terrible, especially the cashier, Richard. As well as the staff serving at the pump station. When i requested to use Kris+ to make payment, he was not happy and said the Kris+ QR code not working, asked me not to use. His tone was very rude and not happy i want to use Kris+. I wonder what is his problem? I want to pay more for krisflyer miles why not allowed? And after i made the payment, i told him done. He was very rude replied me saying what done? You have to give me the receipt number! I suspect he doesnt like the processing of Kris+ apps and hence this kind of attitude to discourage customer from using it. Another staff serving at pump station, while my husband waiting for me to make payment, he tried to chase my husband away and ask him why he waited there? Omg this is the worst petrol station i visited! And will be my last time there!
Mike AngTotally, cannot believe they are service . I told the tomboy that I only need $20 because I'm going into Malaysia . Can you believe it she say is $120 and keep petrol until I alert her to stop. I do not have any Esso point card and I have do not have Esso credit card. How much is their pay and she say wanted to pay for all the petrol! Of course, knowing we move on and make the payment .. Paying $87 Singapore money we can get $240 of petrol in Malaysia.!!!!!!
CaldorJust pumped patrol at this station. Had initially came over after checking if there was anything I could get for supper too and chanced upon Delifrance and Polar. Was a pleasant trip as the attendant and store assistant were all polite. Only thing is the food that I was looking for were pretty low in quantity and variety. Guess I had gone after most of the after work crowd had cleared the shelves.
