Very helpful, willing to explain things and does good introductions to offer items too. However, as the place may be hidden from the view due to trees. A suggestion to have a sign board after the shell station to show the ESSO location.
Tan JosephWe went to this Esso station first time on 31/10/2021 afternoon, and was unimpressed by their cashier - a local Chinese lady with an arrogant and poor service attitude. This station management should look into how to improve their cashier services, complete their last mile customer journey experience, There are so many petrol stations around who providing far superior customer service to their customers, so why come to here?
