Sky leoThe pump guy literally over filled my gas tank despite the fact that it is already full !!!! Petrol spilled out and trying to cover up by closing my gas cover. There are still petrol left inside the side of the gas tank !! Yet still deny the over spilled. I asked the manager inside to check it herself! Just a sorry! Who is paying for the petrol that over flow ? We the consumer! Good strategy Esso !!!!
KarenWas looking at a box of 4 sugar rolls in the shop. I was about to take it out, just to check if there’s expiry date. The old lady from the counter, raised her voice fromn the counter. Said “Mdm, you dont turn it ah, if not it will spoil.” I was shocked. She continued to talk to me, from the counter “the skin will come out if you turn the box”. Hello, if you are concerned about this, come out of the counter and talk to me, not raising voice. I feel like I’ve committed a crime. She didnt even observe to see what I am doing, or asking me if I need help. Esso management, pls teach basic coutesy and service standard.
Firkle NamboWent on sun afternoon for car wash, attended by a chinese male and malay male. They really wash and wipe the car cleanly with a cloth sponge. Not like other shops where they use mop n mop over once. But u hv to get these 2 guys on shift they do good jobs. Other staff i still dont know as never washed
