Mazzy HardyI am a regular here. The pump attendant uncles all very friendly and helpful. They can also remember us who regularly pump there. They will ask us something personal which only someone who takes effort i to knowing their regular customers. Makes is feel welcomed. Great job to them. But when we enter the cashier area, it is a totally different world inside. Always greeted by a Malay auntie who seemed super unfriendly and forced to go to work. Supervisors/Duty managers, please do something about it or send her for a retraining session on customer service as it looks like she really needs to be retrained.
Melvin Gohwas next in line for car wash at 140pm. only 1 guy doing the operations while another went for smoke or toilet break. break guy came back and started to spray water intentionally on the working guy. 1. consider some professionalism 2. consider either both guys have a break together and closing the wash for a few minutes cos 1 guy can't handle the ops efficiently. - Third guy at the drying station didn't come to help. (consider building up teamwork) 3. one tyre rim wasn't cleaned at all possibly due to the distraction. why raise wash price but not standards?
rais ismailI wash my car here regularly (esso pasir ris) They use to wiped down the car outside the carwash bay but not anymore, now they washed and wiped inside the carwash bay and you cannot come out of the car to see it through. The unfortunate happen to me, one of the car washer deep scratched my car bonnet and I only realised after reaching home. To cut it short, arranged apointment with esso, met up with their representative, only for them to apply wax and try to manually polished it off but to no avail. They then tried to defend themselve, deflecting and avoiding responsibility altogether saying the scratched could not have been done by their 'sponge' and nothing they can do about it. I believe a professional car polisher could have been engaged to remove the scratches but no, no further action by esso representative who attended to me at the station, nothing they can do about it. Totally Disgusted and Disappointed
