Althea YiiThe $14 car wash here is way more thorough than the $13 one at SINOPEC down the road. It’s not 100% spotless but for $14 it’s acceptable! You don’t have to talk to anybody. They show signs and you just nod or shake your head 😂
Kim Wee SohI have a Esso Porsche fleet card, thus I only takes Esso petrol. My favourite outlet tends to be Esso Jervois. Though sometimes, if I am simply on this road passing by, needs a quick wash and some gas, I would pull in here due to the convenient location. The wash. Previously it was privately owned. Now it's brand owned Wash n Run, with its direction flow turned opposite. Thus makes it hard to wash first then take gas or vice-versa. Usually I am not a fan of Wash n Run. This outlet turned out to be the same. Drove in not much of a queue, though it piled up after my car. Probably due to its convenient location. Two man washing team, pretty much standard spray, foam, rub and spray and that's it. Some places they will scrub your rims a bit but here they didn't even bother. Though they will power jet water on your rims a while longer. Which suits me quite fine since I have matte black five spoke rims. I am more worried about scratching off rim paint or hurting the brake discs thus I never upsize the rim wash and leave that to my detailing store. Next, as usual the wiping part they used dirty drying cloth thus some stains left on the windows like most cash wash, just clean it up DIY. At least the car body is decent. Petrol top up was DIY. This outlet mainly senior staffs spending more time watching cars than topping up petrol. Again suits me quite fine, as I loathe top up crew sometimes tend to pull out the petrol nozzle too soon and dripped petrol over the petrol intake valve or even car body. In general I only patronise Esso Jervois, best service from Esso stations.
