Scolding all customers. 14 June 2026 5:35pm Customer 1: scolded him for using water from the water canister to wet some tissues to wipe bird shit off his bonnet, saying that the water is for customers to fill up their radiators. What if it runs out? Isn’t it his job to refill them? Customer 2 was driving up to a first pump and over shot the box a little. Nozzle still well within comfortable length to refill but attendant kept gesturing rudely to the driver on why he didn’t stop properly based on his hiding hand signals. Customer 3 asking something about the pump and he brushed her off rudely.
patrick LimWould like to commend Grace whom I believe is the supervisor in charge of the Esso Cheers store here and her team. I just went to pump petrol and afterwards did a top up of my Nets Flashcard at the Dbs atm in the store. Unfortunately while I took my ATM card I inadvertently left my Flashcard at the atm holder and only realised a few minutes later upon reaching home. I called the store and spoke with Grace and requested her help to retrieve and hold the card for me, which she did upon checking that it was still at the machine. When I returned shortly after, the card was intact and wrapped with my name on it for verification purposes. Am grateful to Grace & her team for their prompt and efficient customer service and willdefinitely continue to patronise this petrol station.
