I just had the most wonderful experience buying a dozen of canned drinks and snacks at the Cheers store at this Esso branch. The counter staff, Hairul was really helpful and patient. When I carried the drinks in from outside, he politely let me know that I could just have informed him without having to carry the entire carton in to the counter. He double bagged the drinks for me on his own. He was equally polite to the other patrons. I really appreciate such great service from him and I hope he gets recognized by his reporting officer for his genuine kindness and great service provided to customers like us.
