cloudI would like to offer my appreciation to the station manager Ms Junaina and her colleague (an Indian gentleman, sorry, didn't get his name) for giving exemplary customer services to me on 8 Apr 2025. I was facing some difficulties registering my new Smiles card to the Esso app and they were so helpful. They are the reason why customers stay loyal to the Esso brand. Hope the management recognize and reward their excellent work ethic.

Wei Min KHOGreat service from Station Manager, June. Redeemed the DBS-Esso umbrella yesterday and found that later the umbrella was faulty. Returned at night to change but there is no more stock. Attendant politely took down my particular and today, June arranged a replacement from another kiosks and contacted me to go and replace. Excellent!
