Raf X dygIm a loyal and long term regular esso customer who always pump petrol on a regular basis for all the many cars my boss owned. I was disappointed and angry when i was scammed by a staff at the Dunearn road Station. The Cashier named Gill scammed/lied to me. 12/09/2024 i visited the said station to pump petrol. Upon paying for my petrol, the said cashier served me. Upon serving me, she told me that im entitled to a free box of mooncake for my loyalty using esso. Being a muslim i do not celebrate mooncake festival, therefore i just take the box of mooncake as she told me it is free. I handed them to my boss who is a chinese and i told him esso given the box of mooncake for free as i am a loyalty customer. The next day, i went to esso holland to pump petrol, after pumping I realized my smiles points were far off from yesterday. I asked the cashier to help me check my points and indeed there were shortage of points. Upon checking, the Dunearn road esso cashier named Gill scammed me. She told me the box of mooncake is free but yet she deduct my smiles points without my knowledge and permission. I went back straight to Dunearn road esso. Talked to the supervisor in charge but was not helpful at all. He told me he will help me settle this issue. But until today he has not called me with updates on this. Im truely disappointed and angry at the rate of your staff treating your customer. Not recommended at all. They may scam you of your smiles points. Beware
