Ryan SCashier Ann is rather rude, at every other Esso the staff will maneuver the scanner to scan my app code, while Ann prefers to give the command "scan!" and wait for me to reach my phone over to the scanner which is still facing her. I've said thank you multiple times with no response received too. She just doesn't really care for the job I guess. Seems like her vocabulary bank only consists of the words "pump number?" and "scan!".
